Message | Because it doesn't victimise anyone. Of course there is an increased risk of genetically defects in offspring, but that problem can be addressed without outlawing incestuous relationships. For example via our Responsible Parenting Act. Additionally consensual incestuous relationships are rather rare. They shouldn't be much of a problem. Banning them appears to be excessive. The state is not responsible for enforcing some kind of moral taboo. |
