Message | Regrettably, this bill's sponsor had to stitch together productive liberalization of this country's overly restrictive laws on tobacco consumption with breaking up the efficient, effective national liquor and beer dispensaries. As such, we cannot support this bill in its current form, though without Section 2 it would have had our support. |
