Description[?]:

Do to the resignation of RT.hon John Richardson, we have appointed a new speaker.the new speaker shall be: Harry Andrews

As we know having a mutual speaker in our parliament is a huge benifit. It helps us debate and helps show our democratic way of Hobrazian life. The Conservative Party is to be the party of the speaker. The new speaker of Parliament is now going to be: Rt.Hon. Harry Andrews. The rules laid out in this bill will be carried out by all parties if this bill goes through.

1) Each MP/party MUST show respect and honesty to the house. Any fault will be punished by the speaker in a way he sees nessasary.

2) Terms such as; STUPID, IDIOT, RETARD. Shall not be allowed the use of such terms will result in immediate punishment.

3) threats to the government shall be dealt with immediately

THE PUNISHMENTS:(they don't have to be applied in any order)

1) A formal warning from the speaker.
2) A second warning and the speaker must name the honourable member who committed the offence. (If in the cabinet)
3) A timed ban from debates (between 5-25 minutes)
4) A further ban from debates (at least 45 minutes)
5) A further ban and removal from the cabinet (if in the cabinet). May also be reported to moderation if completely nessasary
6)the arrest of a MP if needed

HOW THESE WILL BE CARRIED OUT.

the speaker shall say 'All those in favour say EY. On the contrary NO.
The punishment will be issued if more parties say EY and will not if more say NO. If only 2 parties vote then the party with the most seats will win and so get their way.

MessageMr Deputy Speaker,

This is purely a dictatorship. Threats to the government belong to the government and shall be dealt with by the government.

We also remind you that the Speaker shall be non-partisan or else we shall stop recognising him as the Speaker.

MessageMr deputy speaker,

I want to remind all that the speaker has no political stance after his appointment. He is there for all members not anything to do with their party. I can promise that the speaker is a true loyal position and will serve all members of parliament.

MessageMr Speaker-Whatever.
We agree with the Kushites. This is tightening your grip on the nation, and we will not support this. Ever.
While we shall not take to the streets to fight, we shall do all we may to remove you from office.

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election.

Random quote: "'The illusion of Pontesi nationhood'. The Serpent speaks. How can they say these things? How can they call our country an illusion? You can see it clear as day, these people won’t stop until they’ve destroyed us all." - Morgan Einar, former Pontesian general
