| FINDING: that the Commonwealth of Rutania has illegally detained Beluzian soldiers; that the soldiers were afforded the proper military tribunal afforded to them under Beluzian law; that the Commonwealth of Rutania has defied requests for extradition despite warnings of diplomatic and financial sanctions Upon Adoption of this Act The Finance Minister shall impose the following sanctions upon the Commonwealth of Rutania: all assets in Beluzian banks of Rutanian ex-patriots residing in Beluzia, and with a total asset wealth of 125% of median Beluzian asset wealth, shall have their assets frozen all assets in Beluzian banks of any Rutanian business with operations in Beluzia shall be frozen all trading on the Beluzian stock markets shall be denied to Rutanian traders any imports from Rutania may be seized at the government's discretion without compensation to the Rutanian exporters The Foreign Affairs Minister shall impose the following sanctions upon the Commonwealth of Rutania all Rutanian diplomatic personnel shall have their diplomatic credentials revoked and their diplomatic immunity the Beluzian embassy in Rutania shall immediately cease operations and staff shall return home for reassignment travel to and/or from Rutania shall be subject to strict government oversight and may be denied without explanation |
