| Message | Again, the government actively encourages population growth. Abortion is legalized during the first trimester to give the right and option to do so, but to generally discourage the practice as a means of contraception. Further, this is the singular reason for such laws being in place. The government takes no specific moral stance on the issue, nor does it fully endorse it as a inherant civil liberty. |
