| Her Imperial and Heavenly Majesty, Sovereign of the Eastern Sun, Holy Kogo-Kaisārin of the Great Empire of Mikuni-Harusutoria, Divine Empress of the Gao-Showan Peoples, Daughter of Heaven, Lady of Ten Thousand Years, Empress of Sekowo, Inheritor of the Legacy of the Eternal Harmony and Empire Magnificent, Princess of the Apostles, Supreme Pontiff of the Evangelical Universal Church of the Orient, Defender of the Faith, Queen of Mitorania, Byūdenrā, Hirugā and Touryou, Empress of Emperors, Queen of Queens, Lady of the Kunihito, Commander of the Faithful and Successor of the Prophets of the Lord of the Universe, Shadow of the Eternal, Asylum of the Universe, Light of the Dovani-Artanians, Holder of the Conjunction, Victory of the Government, Protector of the Holy Cities of Miyako,Tel Bira and Helem, Yūkīō-Rabuzubāgu Senjōgahara decrees 1) That the Council of Officers be disbanded, and legislative authority be restored to the Estates of the Empire in the form of the Ranzurādo assembly. The old Constitution shall be restored. 2) That the system of Military Districts be replaced by the more traditional Reichsgau. The Empress shall appoint the new Daimyo-Gauleiters in due course. 3) That a new election for the reassembled Ranzurādo be called upon completion of these reforms. 4) Elections to be held every four years. Her Imperial and Heavenly Majesty Yūkīō-Rabuzubāgu Senjōgahara thanks the Shogunate for its long years of service. |
