| Message | We have our doubts over articles 2, 5, 8 and 9. With the first two articles we fear loss of army power, which is quite important to our citizens. With the articles 8 and 9 we fear that we might lose control over private schools. They may not teach the adequate skills needed for our citizens to prosper in our nation. We are open to negotiating. |
