Description[?]:
Mr. Speaker, I have been contacted by Lewis Holmes, the CEO of the International Terran Bank in regards to using the Luthorian Pound as their standard currency, moving away from the LOD. I would like all parties to give their input on this matter, but remember that letting our currency have international appeal will only strengthen it. I Yield Viceroy James II of the House of Yodukan-Varsong This bill would give permision for the ITB to use the Luthorian Pound. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, We suggest this wait till after the election, and that the Privy Council's opinion be asked (OOC: They agree with whatever the everyone decides, but for semantics we ask). However, we strongly agree, as it will serve just as another sign that Luthori is back. I yield. |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
