Message | Mr speaker, if this passes we can say goodbye to the economy. We agree with the budget change but not the proposals in the bill. Jobs will be lost, companies closed, meaning a rise in unemployment and we will be faced with huge budget cuts if these company's are shut. |

Message | Mr Speaker, Please let me debunk this myth that improving infrastructure will cause unemployment. Yes, infrastructure companies in three odd sectors will have to be closed or downsized because they are of national strategic importance, yet these companies will only be taken over by the government, of which will resume or even expand services. Other industries may even see an expansion of services and the improvement of the quality of service as a new competitor is introduced to the market. The economy will only grow under more fervent competition and better infrastructure, not the other way around. Ed Stewart MP (Khodor) |

Message | Mr speaker, COMPETITION? A nationalised Rutania , even partially will crush any competition! This means small independent businesses get pushed out of the picture. Please, please, please vote against this bill. I may sound repetitive however, there are many other reasons why this bill can't pass. You do not need to be clever to notice the dangers of this bill economically, enviromentally and morally. Douglas Hugens MP |

Message | Mr Speaker, Yes. Competition. If the GRP believes that the government will be able to squeeze away the already present private infrastructure firms, we believe that would be the reason the GRP should vote for this bill. Being able to squeeze out competition means having a higher quality, more reliable and cheaper infrastructure. This will only be good for Rutania. Ed Stewart MP (Khodor) |
