| Now that Kalistan has an opposition Party, the President, in performance of his constitutional duties has called for seating in the 39th Constitutional Court, which sits and will hear all Constitutional Challenges that arrise. According to the Constitutional Traditions in Kalistan, the Seating is broken down as follows: All Parties receive 1 Seat Party holding Head of State Receives an additional Seat Party with Minister of Justice Receives an additional Seat, who serves as the Chief Justice and does not vote in the event of a tie SPoK- 2 Seats (Standard, Min of Jus) NCP- 2 Seats (Standard, HoS) Please make all nominations soon, so the President may move this bill to a vote. |
