| I am proposing an event where a civil war would begin (this is an OOC bill, when you vote, vote on whether or not you want to take part in a civil war RP.) With the LPU seizing the capital (and over time all of orange) with 74,713 armed soldiers, 2 tanks (modern Luthorian tanks), and 2 anti-air guns. You can argue against that that the LPU would never get all that but for RP's sake let's agree that it was possible over a number of years with talks with communist nations and the black market. Possible Outcomes and affects of event: The CR and the NPL will be banned as one of the LPU's demands (if won by the LPU) The LPU is forced to move closer to centre or banned.(if the LPU is to lose the war) The Emperor is killed in the attack, I will agree that we won't do this if less then 2/3rds of the parties with seats agree to this possibility.(this can be revoked by 2/3rds of players with seats altogether) The LPU establishes a One-Party State, every party will be required to be socialist, fall under the umbrella of the LPU and support the main LPU for the next 3 elections as the HoS. (It would have to be a overwhelming victory for this to happen.) |

| Message | How would you even have 74k armed people? And in the capital of all places. There has been much legislation passed that made owning firearms illegal, banning paramilitaries, and tracking communists across borders. Realistically these would have to be chipped away for an armed revolt to take place. |

| Message | OOC: I recognize you and your supports. But Luthori is not an unstable third world country with civil wars. They are rare and right now with all the security apparatuses and laws in place, this is unrealistic. I will start being far more active tomorrow, and will post the plethora of foreign RPs and other internal RP stuff I have been sitting on as I was busy. |
