| The Party of the People of Baltusia propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Baltusian Empire. More then 1 trillion dollars in expenses is too much for our nation. We have to cut down, even if it hurts. We can not do anything about it until we have a higher income. We will also rise the luxury taxes to insure we run a 'safe' surplus. |

| Message | Under this budget, voters will be starved, undereducated, and will have many of their health needs ignored as they go from job to job in an economy which has had nearly half of the government activity in the economy slashed with nothing to replace it. All the parties who have voted in favour of shifting the deficit of our Commonwealth onto those who are already suffering is a sign of encroaching barbary. The spending arrangements as they are reflect an adequate level of service to the people of Baltusia. Without it, we will be paying more to fix the problems we have created by breaking an entire class of society. I hope the voters of Baltusia will consider this when they are next at the voting booth. |
