Bill: Foreign Investing in a Truly-Free Market
Details
Submitted by[?]: Classical Liberal Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 4013
Description[?]:
The Neo-Democratic Party believes in the merit of a free market and all of its benefits, even its admitted liabilities. Therefore, we see the restriction of foreign investors to a certain amount of shares in corporations originating in the Federal Union to be a deliberate attempt at restricting the free market. Additionally, foreign countries can and will enforce similar laws in their countries, restricting our own investors from economic growth abroad. This bill seeks to remove the restriction on foreign investors buying shares in the Federal Union's corporations, in the interest of a truly-free market. |
