Bill: New Economics Policy
Details
Submitted by[?]: Kanjoran Socialist Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 2176
Description[?]:
We must ban the stain that is privatization in our great nation. What does the private sector know exept the exploitation of all workers for the good of the greedy few. A nation should be a place where you can live in peace and prosperity, a place where the government looks after the well-being of its citizens. I dream of a Kanjor without the abuse of workers, or long nights for little pay. I dream of a free and beutiful Kanjor, and we are well underway! A regulated economy is a beatiful economy free from capitalist filth. These measures will work to privide for the good of our citizens and our workers. This will ensure that no mind rotting propaganda will reach the ears of our citizens |

Message | we cannot support provision one, and aren't particularly happy with three - are we really going to arrest someone if they have a bet whilst playing cards in their home? - we will vote yes if point one is removed however. Although no doubt a well meaning attempt to limit the power of capital I fear this proposal could used by unscrupolous elements in the government to limit freedom of speech of other parties and independent workers organisations. |

Message | I agree, there is really no need for advertisements as there are no companies to advertise. Everything is owned by everyone, by the state, by the society.... |

Message | By "I agree" I meant I will support the bill :) I didn't mean that I agree with the previous comment, just to make it clear :) |

Message | umm also social anarchists, why must you always jump to the worst and least probable situations? I could say that we shouldn't have a military because we might be nuked by some random country, that doesn't make it very feasable. |

Random fact: Parties have the ability to endorse another party's candidate for the Head of State election (if there is one). This adds a strategic element to the elections. |
Random quote: "The answer to global warming is in the abolition of private property and production for human need. A socialist world would place an enormous priority on alternative energy sources. This is what ecologically-minded socialists have been exploring for quite some time now." - Louis Proyect |
