Message | I know ive already proposed this and it was resoundingly opposed, but i think in light of our recent difficulty to form a Cabinet we need to recognise that it is the prerogative of the most popular party to propose a cabinet. |

Message | We have seen both the indecision created by smaller parties proposing Cabinets, aswell as the monogamous hard-line governments that could be created if only the biggest parties propose coalitions, we prefer the indecision. |
