MessageI know ive already proposed this and it was resoundingly opposed, but i think in light of our recent difficulty to form a Cabinet we need to recognise that it is the prerogative of the most popular party to propose a cabinet.

MessageWe have seen both the indecision created by smaller parties proposing Cabinets, aswell as the monogamous hard-line governments that could be created if only the biggest parties propose coalitions, we prefer the indecision.

Random fact: The people in your nation don't like inactive parties. When you often abstain from voting for a bill, they will dislike your party and your visibility to the electorate will decrease significantly. Low visibility will means you are likely to lose seats. So keep in mind: voting Yes or No is always better than Abstaining.
