MessageRecognizing the seniority of our fellow parties, we reluctantly agree to withdraw Article 1 from the current legislation. Regarding Article 2, there is sadly no option that explicitly regulates it without banning at least one activity. While somewhat ambiguous, "allowing" GMOs dosen't necessarily mean that they are unrestricted, and I think that it could be assumed that policies like mandatory labeling or producer accountability would fit within that framework. Overall, the policy is intended to bring us in line with the majority of the world's nations on this issue.
