I think it's useless anyway, because we are the only nation that has ratified it. If this bill passes, I will pass the state religion bill) |

The treaty entrenches our commitment to free speech and sends a signal to the world that liberty of thought is respected here. How anyone can rationalize the withdrawal from this treaty escapes me. |
