| recently I have observed strange tendance in the law, if you are nude right here, in the parliament, you get arrest, but if your having sex in the parliament, the law can't touch you, because sex is not illegal. This is just wrong, our law should be coherent, not contradict each other. Also, this bill aim to change our law in order to give more civil right to our citizen.
