Message | Mr. Speaker, Surprisingly, the Greens would have supported Article 3 and Article 4. However, the articles regarding abortion are vile and ultraconservative so we must oppose this bill as a whole. - Cathleen Forrest (Representative for Delvar), Green Party Leader |

Message | Mr. Speaker, First of all, do you know what is vile? Killing babies. However the left says it's the freedom of women to decide about their own babies. That's also correct. So how do we tackle this? Easily. We support the woman's choice for abortion, but cut all spending for abortions so conservatives don't have to pay for abortions. Nothing ultra-conservative about it. It's actually a compromise our party has made between Conservative Libertarians (Pro-Life) and Progressive Libertarians (Pro-Choice). Rep. Jerome Hunter, Deputy Leader LP |

Message | Mr. Speaker, The Greens do not support the current law which places no time limit on when abortions may be carried out, we feel this is inhumane. However, abortion in general is not "killing babies". It is a difficult decision which ultimately has to be made by women who are often vulnerable. However, women should be empowered with the right to choose whether they wish to have abortions or whether they don't wish to exercise such right. By pleasing conservatives the Libertarian Party will ultimately make abortions unaffordable. Will the price of abortions be regulated? We expect not because they crazily believe in failed free market economics. This will simply ruin the lives of women from poor backgrounds who wont be able to afford to exercise their right. - Cathleen Forrest (Representative for Delvar), Green Party Leader |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Abortion is "killing fetuses" that could grow out to be babies, to correct myself. Also women don't have to be the victims here, sometimes their pregnancy could have been prevented, it that case I absolutely do not feel pity for those women. There will be no price regulation, because with price regulations there can't be real competition. The Green Party may not believe in free market economics, we do. Rep. Jerome Hunter, Deputy Leader LP |
