| Okay as i said earlier we need to affirm a new Cultural Protocol, first may i suggest we dump all the history junk from the old one as this can be accessed in the wiki or perhaps from a veteran player (if needed) I first suggest to things should be changed besides that, religions (increase Atheism some) and with Nationalities increase the number of those that are non-native to Mikuni-Hulstria, because of our open borders (in the past and present) |

| Message | I would suggest an increased amount of Mittel-Hulstrians and a decreased number of Luthoro-Hulstrians and Reich-Hulstrians. Another increased ethnicity should be Hulstro-Showans. The others can remain unchanged or drift by 1 or 2% either way. Kaisākaruto (Kaisrer Cult) would still have some backing although incredibly small. |

| Message | We should keep the history, or at least a simplified version of it as that's what got our protocols saved in the first place. I also agree with increasing Mittel-Hulstrians and decreasing Luthori and Reich-Hulstrians. Also an increase in atheism would be great. We can explain all of this with the open boarders policy, higher birth-rates of the indigenous people and Luthorian and Reich Hulstrians migrating to different countries. Perhaps there should have been a large race struggle a few decades ago, with the indigenous people rising to further prominence and non natives migrating to the likes of Luthori, especially rich families whom used to rule. |
