Bill: Profanity and swear words act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Republican Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 4026

Description[?]:

No use of profanity or swear words that would not be suited for use in an actual legislative body (OCC: US Senate or US House) shall be used in the Senate.
Appropriation: this bill will be put as a bill under debate for each new term and will be messaged to all new parties by the president
Enforcement: this act will be enforced by messaging from the president unless the president party is guilty then the party with the most senate seats that's not the guilty should enforce it on the guilty party. (Ex, if the republicans swore then alliance 21 would message. Otherwise the republicans would enforce the message)
If swearing is disruptive and harassment then the moderation should be contacted and a forum post
Note: if department of homeland security is passed then the last sentence should be replaced with the homeland security department
This requires 2/3 ammendment as it goes against freedom of speech
