I was thinking that 2 of the 5 regions should be majority Black, and 3 should be majority white. We should probably choose the two regions that most line up with your parties views to be the black majority. That way your party would be most likely to win the black majority region.
I was thinking that the numbers should be around 60% white and 40% black nationally. |
