The Neo-Democratic proposes this bill of education reforms in the hope of improving the education system of Gaduridos for both those currently in school and for those in the future who will be educated here. Article 1: the SCP does support funding to religious schools
Article 3: We are against government funding toward student loans as it diminishes competition and thus leads us to believe it will cause a increase in tuition cost and college in general
Article 4: while we believe that that the role of government in higher education should be diminished we feel the government should provide some subsidies
Article 5: public education.should always be free and government ran to ensure everyone can be educarion at the basic k-12 level
Article 6: we strongly oppose a one size fits all national curriculum

MessageArticle 1: In favor; The U Party is in favor of cutting gov't funding to all religious education institutions (let it be known to all parties that the U Party has a firm stance on keeping religion out of Government and will not support any use of funds on religious institutions of any sort) as it does not promote the teaching of science and would be counter-productive and hypocritical in promoting diversity and mixture of culture.

Request for SCP to broaden their explanation on Article 1.

Article 2: In favor

Article 3: We believe we should amend this article to:
The government subsidizes tuition only for students from families classified as low-income or poor.
If we do not even the scales we will be vulnerable to many unintended economic consequences if people who come from a low-income family are expected to start paying as soon as they are in a position to better themselves. This system is good in the case of a country that does not suffer from poverty. But sadly that is not the case for any country. We must do what we can to alleviate the risk of increasing inequality and should take heed when thinking about how credit and insurance play a role in our people's lives, as they have many different ways to manage these things.

Article 4: Ridiculous. If we do not support higher education Institutions they may fall apart. You cannot risk the future of this country by taking such risks. We DEMAND this be changed.

Article 5: We agree with the SCP on this, except that we would ensure that the Nation deserves a K-16 education.

Article 6: We agree with SCP but the curriculum should stay non-mandatory so that new teaching methods and a less stressful teaching/learning environment may be achieved to ensure growth and development even in the way we learn as a nation.

This is the UP's first vote on an issue and it, to us, exemplifies a view that comes from a place of religion and conservatism rather than from a stance of social understanding or an appreciation of the importance of education.
