| Advancements in cloning technology could lead to improvements to quality of life for all, however without proper regulation potentially dangerous advancements could be developed on Mordusian soil. This bill proposes regulating research into cloning technologies in order to better guide and control work in this field as well as providing a means of reigning back research into the more morally questionable aspects of this science should it become necessary. |
