.This act will both confirm and enforce Valruzia's status as a Hosian nation, specifically an Aurorian Hosian nation. All of the following article should conform to Aurorian Hosian principles. Message | Supreme Marshal of the Diet, We would have supported some of the Articles such as Article 2 and 6. The rest, we fear, remind Valruzians of a recentr era where foreign religious fanatics misruled the country and will be negatively associated with the monarchist cause - a cause we Social Democrats support. Message | Supreme Marshal of the Diet, We realized from the outset that many of our proposals would be rejected, however, the intent was to determine which proposals are realistic given the Valruzian cultural climate. Be sure, we will propose a new bill with compromises in order to make things more acceptable. A step in the right direction is a step in the right direction no matter what. I yield. |

Message | Mr Speaker, I applaud the effort of emphasizing our cultural and religious character more vehemently, but articles 1 and 3 simply go too far for our taste in terms of invasiveness. Faith should be born out of freedom and not instilled by repression and coercion. We might support this bill if the respective provisions are removed. Miroslaw Czerniewicz VCRP Chairman |
