Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Mr Speaker, (OOC: Marshal would be really cool by the way) The voters, in record turnout, have painted an ambiguous picture which screams out collaboration, compromise and pragmatism. As the largest party in the Sejm, we believe we are best suited to lead the executive branch in a minority government. We are willing to compromise and will be not be seeking to run roughshod over the Sejm, if appointed. Our party has decided to nominate me as its candidate for Chairman of the Council, as a gesture of reaching out across the aisle, the far left, the centre and the right. We are in a constitutionally sensitive era when the political success of Valruzia as a nation may well be decided. | Message | Mr Speaker, The party leadership has sat down and with considerable reluctance and on a razor thin 8-7 vote, the National Executive has endorsed the idea of a grand coalition minority government between PDPS and VCRP. The points made by the Monarchists about potential chaos particularly with rightwing extremist parties mushrooming all over, have helped convince the party that we could lead this, with support from the Social Liberals and hopefully others too.
