| Mr Speaker, expanding school choice is a critical issue in building the new Valruzia, and we believe that private schools need to be assisted in establishing themselves particularly in areas where public schooling has failed to provide for the needs of disadvantaged children. We therefore seek to utilize a portion of the increased spending on education to encourage the formation of private schools, expanding choices for families with regards to their childrens' education.
