| Message | Supreme Marshal of the Diet, If Article 4 was removed, would more parties vote in favor of this bill? Clearly, we could all agree that incest is unnatural and leads to genetic problems and any sort of public nudity and sexually implicit actions are negative for everyone else (there are those who are harmed by these actions) and should be left to the bedroom. I yield. |
