Message | I'll be honest, the theme of the bill would have worked out better if there was a pension system to roll back, but we'll get one in time. Still, I think the message is clear enough. |

Message | What's wrong with the second article? Elderly people are usually not in the workforce (at least after 65), so they're not productively contributing to society - keeping them alive is like socialism. |

Message | I've been never CAUGHT speeding ;-) Death penalty is for MOST minor crimes (NOT all of them, I guess speeding isn't part of it) |

Message | As I said, I like the first one, if you take that in a new bill without the second one, I will support that, but I cannot support this bill |

Message | How do you know that speeding is not a minor crime covered by this bill? What about jaywalking? Or littering? |

Message | Well, then we should make an ammendement that that is not. In MY country, "crimes" are meant not as "things that are illegal", but as "things that are illegal and morally bad and not done". I therefor should call a bank robbery a crime and speeding not Note that this bill already says: for MOST crimes, so your reply is useless again |

Message | I asked you which crimes? You can't answer me, because you don't know. You are therefore defending the indefensible. Your definition of "crime" does not exist in any country. The definition is quite clearly defined as "any act or wrong that the government has declared to be injurous to the public, and therefore, prosecutable in a criminal proceeding." Whether traffic and regulatory offenses (i.e.; "quasi criminal" offenses) falls within this act is unclear. Yet you support it anyway, without knowing this basic fact. Way to think things through before supporting them. Ugh. |
