MessageI fail to see why workers in a bar, probably the focus of such legislation, should be subjected to second hand drug abuse. You wouldn't allow someone to leave a syringe lying around, so why let someone smoke indoors where they could do just as much harm?

The citizen's right to not have cancer is more important than another citizen's right to abuse themselves or control their property.

MessageThe ultimate rights, as defined by our intellectual forefathers, are, "Life, Liberty, and Property". Without private property, and without the means to do as you wish on your own property, you cannot have Liberty or Life. If the person, be they a casual customer or bar worker, wishes to subject themselves to second hand smoke, then that is their problem.
