Message | Way way too much of an increase, unless you're purpose is to drive up prices at retail stores, restaurants, car dealers and everywhere else. It will drive businesses away, put people out of work and ultimately be detrimental to our nation. I urge those who have already voted YES to switch their vote immediately. We need to, at the least, be able to debate any Proposed increase before rushing to a vote. |

Message | Solentia is known for a high tax on corporations. If they are not willing to pay a middle income tax on earnings they are not welcome to make profit through the hard work of Solentians. If a corporate elite is not willing to fund schools and hospitals they are not welcome to Solentia. The only reason corporation tax is so low is because of countries willing to let them exploit this populace. A 35% tax is the same as paid on earnings over 60,000 SOL. I believe this to be very fair and reasonable for access to such a productive and able workforce. Andrew Smith RISE Leader |

Message | The rate needs to be debated. Just because a person, country or corporation is "known" for something doesn't mean it is the right thing. Everyone should vote NO until we can discuss an appropriate rate. |

Message | I am in no way trying to influence a vote. If a party believes a 35% tax is fair then they vote in favour. If you disagree give me some facts that could potentially sway me and RISE. The economy will get hurt from this but in the long run we will have a more caring and cooperative employer base. I'm sure RISE members want to see more than it's bad for the economy and want some facts in real terms. Andrew Smith RISE Leader |
