This proposes that all citizens are allowed to purchase firearms and any other type of weapon regardless of past history. This also allows citizens to purchase any and all types of weapons they may wish to own. |

Current: Adult individuals may not own firearms unless professionally required.

Old value:: Only certain types of weapons may be owned by the general public, but these may be carried anywhere except as determined by the property owner.
