Description[?]:
For true economic freedom the worker must have some degree of control over their own workplace. It is not enough to have just political democracy for the economic sphere is just as important. Workplace democracy no only increases the productivity and commitment of the employee but also allows creativity and intelligence to flourish. Authoritarianism has remained too long unchallenged in the economic sphere. Workplace democracy makes economic sense and is a basic human right. For this reason we propose this bill. |

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, it is the responsibility of players to ensure the candidate boxes on their Party Overview screens are filled in with appropriate names. If a player is allotted seats in a Cabinet bill and has not filled in names for the relevant candidate position, then the program will automatically fill in the positions with names which might not necessarily be appropriate for the Cultural Protocols. |
