| Article One) All candidates for higher command must have been born in the Holy Luthori Empire, be genetically white, and take part in one of these religions or be an Atheist. Hosian and Yeuds, should be the accepted religious affiliations besides being non-affiliated. Article Two) All members of the Imperial Military must swear allegiance to the Emperor (Head of State), the Empire, and to defend the nation and her consitution at all costs. |
