President I am thinking is good treaty but I knowing I look to this treaty and so many countries not having compliance for treaty like this like most countries Indrala, Kafuristan, Luthori, Kirlawa, Sekowo, Vanuku, so many countries most of countries for world are not having these compliance for provisions. So I am scared if passing this because no countries can join treaty maybe.
