Bill: Seaweed Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Pansexual Peace Party -- FNORD

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 2058

Description[?]:

This bill will promote the harvesting of seaweed as an industrial and food recorce. By harvesting the massive amounts of seaweed in the sea, we can reduce the pollution that normal farming creates.

OOC: I know that this will not effect the game, but I have not proposed a bill in a while.

MessageWhile we have no problem with the basis of this proposal, we are forced to vote no due to the bill not stating exactly how it will promote the harvesting. Will it promote through tax incentives? The opening of protected waters? Until this bill is redefined, we sadly, cannot support it
