Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| The State Chancellor and parliamentary leader of the ruling Progress Party, Olivia Schickedanz has been assassinated. The State Chancellor was at an announcement with President & party leader Eberhard Ackner, and the new party leader who will contest for the Presidential Election next year, Kurt Bacher. A lone gunman, with links to a small-time fascist organisation opened fire using a standard issue military pistol whilst Bacher was making his first public speech after being announced as the new party leader. The gunman, Heinrich Hölder has been highly critical of the governments recent liberal policies including their handling of the war with Dundorf and their recent announcement they would no longer implement National Service, attending many rallies against them. He shot Schickedanz directly in the heart where she was pronounced dead aptly afterwards, security quickly fired back at Hölder before he could attack anyone else. President Ackner has stated he is "mortified" at the event and said he will devote the rest of his Presidency to help stopping terrorism, and new party leader and Presidential hopeful Bacher has said "this tragedy has had a profound impact on me, Olivia was a close colleague and friend of mine, if it wasn't for her I don't think I'd have gotten this far". Former State Councillor and parliamentary party leader for the Progress Party Ägidius Van Houten has also said he was "shocked" at Schickedanz's death and "heartbroken". The Foreign Affairs Chancellor Niels Pfaff was voted unopposed by the party's leadership as the next State Chancellor and parliamentary leader of the party. He has undertaken the first major re-shuffle of the cabinet in the party's history. |
