MessageIt will pass completely, or it will not pass.

The MDP is a member of the HRM of Particracy, and so we cannot be seen agreeing on leaving capital sentence for 'high-ranked' criminals.

MessageFPM: That's exactly what this measure would do. It would limit the death penalty to cases that are the most extreme. It would lay off on lesser cases.

There isn't anything about death penalty for "violent murder". I also find capital punishment for treason problematic. In extreme situations it could be useful weapon to make political opponents quiet (once for all).

MessageYeah hehe...
I wasn't accurate there . I meant "murders with peculiar violence" or something like that (I don't know exactly how is it in English).

MessageThe MDP regrets it as to vote against this proposal.

Everything or nothing, that's our opinion. But in due time, a legislation WILL abolish these cruel, physical and beasty manners of sorting things out.
