Message | We are ot willing to compromise: we want to see this NEANDERTHAL habit outlawed. We will not just kill some and spare the others. We will spare everyone. |

Message | Complete abolition of the death penalty will not pass (we're not even sure this measure will pass). |

Message | It will pass completely, or it will not pass. The MDP is a member of the HRM of Particracy, and so we cannot be seen agreeing on leaving capital sentence for 'high-ranked' criminals. |

Message | Such a funny wording. Aren't all crimes punished by the death penalty capital crimes by definition? |

Message | FPM: That's exactly what this measure would do. It would limit the death penalty to cases that are the most extreme. It would lay off on lesser cases. |

Message | "The death penalty is not applied, except for terrorism, treason and crimes against mankind.' There isn't anything about death penalty for "violent murder". I also find capital punishment for treason problematic. In extreme situations it could be useful weapon to make political opponents quiet (once for all). |

Message | Is there such a thing as a non-violent murder? |

Message | Yeah hehe... I wasn't accurate there . I meant "murders with peculiar violence" or something like that (I don't know exactly how is it in English). |

Message | The MDP regrets it as to vote against this proposal. Everything or nothing, that's our opinion. But in due time, a legislation WILL abolish these cruel, physical and beasty manners of sorting things out. |
