All employees negotiate a contract at start of employment. If they then breach said contract by refusing to fulfill the minimum working hours stated therein the employers must be free, at their discretion, to dismiss the employee for gross misconduct in breach of contract. |

Old value:: Employers can fire workers who are deemed to have gone on strike without reasonable reasons.
Current: Employers can fire workers who are deemed to have gone on strike without reasonable reasons.
Proposed: Employers are free to fire workers who go on strike.

Message | Just as workers have the right to strike, employers must have the right to dismiss those who do so. As to whether a company should or would do so that is up to them, if one or tow workers walk out they probably will, if the whole workforce walk out they probably wont! However, they should have the right to do so as the only other option they have is to close the whole business. |
