MessageFrom William Benet Leader of the Freedom Party
my party fells that most of our public drive cars so we think that in order to tackle climate change we need to concentrate on encouraging the public that using these eco friendly cars.which be more beneficial to the environment and to getting around so hopefully if we promote these eco friendly cars well. more people will bye them and we could the encourage other countries to do the same which will not only be better for our nation but for lots of other countries.

MessagePrime Minister,
What are you doing to tackle inequalities across our nation that face people daily from poverty to discrimination? We need lower taxes for the middle and lower class even if it's means spending cuts put people above the state. Laws are needed to stop discrimination. Will you do what is needed?
Yours,
Anne Peterson

MessageMadam President,
What is your proposal for ensuring that a cabinet is formed swiftly after an election rather than see discussions drag on for months leaving key seats empty? Thank you.

MessagePresident Burgmuller-

"I am looking forward to answering this large amount of questions, around various topics"

In response to Socialist Libertarian Party's question about climate change:

"As president, my statistics show that the rate of climate change is occurring at a slower rate now than it was in the last decade. We have provided recommendations for pollution regulations which business are recommended to follow. This is one way we are combatting climate change whilst not totally enforcing a total burden on businesses, I feel that this is the best way to be positive for both business and the environment. I would welcome any response"

In response to Mr Benet of The Freedom Party's statement about Eco-cars:

"Yes we do support innovations such as Eco-Cars, however these cars must be tested for their long term reliability and feasibility. If any party is interested in conducting some research into these Eco-cars on behalf of the government we would be delighted if you could message us quickly and inform us of results. Should the results be positive I hope that it will encourage consumers to purchase these cars. However I do not feel that it is in the governments interest to currently promote one car over another until environmental statistics have been deeply researched. Any response is welcomed"

In response to the question made by Anne Peterson of the New Democrats with regards to discrimination and inequality:

"We fully support cutting taxes for hard-working people in this nation, which is what this nation is largely made up of. Within the next month we will be proposing an increase to spending on building homes- so that the issue of poverty can be dealt with. These homes would be starter homes specifically for people who are on low income and may have been in poverty previously. In this bill we will increase spending on education, so that it gives our future generation the hope of a bright future, increasing the knowledge and abilities- keeping our people in jobs and making enough money. With regards to discrimination- I feel that with an increase in spending in education, it can be used to help inform our young people about discrimination. Also wherever possible we will try to propose bills that support things such as gender pay equality- something I am very proud Baltusia already has, should there be a specific equality bill you propose we would be happy to fully support it. Also we will strongly oppose any bills created which could fuel discrimination and we will lead a strong campaign against it. I welcome your response."

With regards to Mr Fisk of the Patriotic Party of Baltusia about the cabinet:

"Firstly we are waiting to see if the Moderate party increase their activity in voting for bills and if they do decide to fold we shall hold an early election to see if the right or left alliance can secure a full cabinet. If this doesn't happen within the next 3 months I will propose and emergency cabinet- with all parties represented in congress gaining a fair amount of seats depending on th size of their party in congress with the presidents party gaining the Internal Affairs, Foreign affairs and cabinet included in their total number of seats. If you wish for me to present the formula for which I will use to calculate the emergency cabinet I would be happy to do so. I feel that this is what all parties in Baltusia want so it would be democratic to go ahead with this procedure. Any response would be fully welcomed."

MessageDear President,
May I first thank him for his response to our question. It is encouraging to see a government we can establish common ground with and we will work with them on stopping discrimination, lowering taxes and building homes. I would also like to remind the president to answer the question on Loureen. Finally, before my next question I would like to thank the Freedom party for raising the burning issue of climate change and hope that we can all work to create a solution that does punish business but tackles the issue. We also thank the patriotic party on there question of stability and the socialist party for there question. I would like to ask the president if we can begin to increase police funding to keep safer streets and if new powers can be transferred to the police who work so hard.
Yours,
Anne Peterson

MessageOOC: Apologies to the freedom party I was having an issue with my internet last night so had to just answer the questions which were able to be posted. I will answer it now.

President Burgmuller:

In response to the Freedom Party's Question regarding Lourenne:

"Our foreign secretary, who is also president of the UN (OOC: Message me if you want to join.) Alyssa Gray has worked closely with Republicains McGovern- a party from Lourenne and their party does not inform us of any current difficulties. If your party wishes to conduct a governmental report into the history of Lourenne's politics it would help to make an informed decision on any treaty made- I would not like to rush to a conclusion without knowing all of the historic information. Also what would this treaty include? This is to allow me to decide whether or not it is a good idea to ratify and implement it. I welcome a response."

Response to Anne Peterson (N Dem) about police funding:

"As a party we have always been for increasing spending within the justice/law and order system. In the next spending proposal I would be happy to increase it by a slight amount, as with previous raises of justice spending we have seen a decrease in crime. What types of powers did you mean when you spoke about transferring power to the police. Thankyou for your question, I welcome your response."

MessageMadam President,

Thank you for responding to our questions. I am satisfied with the response you gave to my question and would welcome an emergency cabinet based proportionally on the number of seats each party has if and when circumstances require it.

Yes, our party would welcome a debate of this kind every other year, in or around July, as long as it does not clash with snap elections, in which case it should be postponed until a convenient time.

Xirtes Fisk, Leader - Patriotic Party of Baltusia.

MessageSocialist- "also will you allow workers to strike whatever the reason and let all businesses be run by workers and will you stop corruption" thats really vague. What do you mean? Also why should workers be able to strike for whatever reason?

Dear President,
Thank you. We meant more rights for police to carry firearms, more arrest powers and more funding for harsher investigations and a program to round up illegal immigrants. We also agree to make this an annual thing so will stop asking questions. We agree once a year.
Yours,
Anne Peterson

MessagePresident Burgmuller:

Socialist Libertarian Party:

"In response to the first question- we are simply not cutting regulations but keeping them the same but just on a recommendation terms. Could you please ask your second question in a more specific manner. However our vague response is- No we would not allow workers to strike for the sake of it, that is just ridiculous. What do you mean let businesses be run by workers? Hopefully this isn't a ploy to allow workers unions to run corporations. Please however inform us more fully of what you mean. Thirdly- we cant just stop corruption, we are trying our best to stop all corruption possible and will intervene with government officials, however unless we are given a lead into a particular corruption then we cannot deal with it. No government can totally stop all corruption"

With regards to Anne Peterson:

"Yes I fully support new police powers we agree that more police officers should carry firearms and have more power to arrest people and hopefully we can fund more investigations to bring justice to many people. We would be happy to participate in PQ's once a year and will be happy to propose them every time."
