Message | Ehm, I agree with the fact that state does not have to be involved in everything, but Law and Order is a domain, we prefer to leave that up to the state. as enforcement cannot be quantified in order to subcontract it. or do you want to pay only if all pages of the "parking tickets" have been filled ? |
