WHEREAS adult films, photographs, and programs are the aforementioned forms of media which depict nudity or sexually suggestive/explicit content. WHEREAS industries creating this content have increased dangers of disease transmission and workplace violence. WHEREAS it is our imperative to protect performers, models, and film crew workers in such performances. WHEREAS we hold it in our authority as a legislature to do so. HEREBY we, the National Assembly, resolve to pass the following article into our law: |
