| The The Conservative Party propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Commonwealth of Rutania. With the current spending budget we are losing 1,751,499,172 RUT every year. This bill proposes spending cuts to certain departments. Whilst these cuts were hard to make and we believe that the cuts shouldn't have to be made. We feel in this case they had to to stop us losing money we believe in the future we can allocate more budget to these departments agin but for now we feel they must take certain cuts.
