Understanding that previous legislators spent time to pass the previous bill regarding the above topic, Disappointed that the outcome resulted in the fact that the government has the power to decide whether the public can finance the campaigns, Further disappointed that the Laws of the Land of the Trigunkiy Imperiya say nothing about political campaign donations, Defining public funding as funding from any citizens of the Trigunkiy Imperiya to the political pre-election campaign of any party, Hereby proposes that all candidates may receive public funds and can also accept donations. |
