| Message | Regional rights! we should have equal representation in the senate! But DEFINITELY NOT larger proportionality. In addition, did you look at the way the "smaller regional" voting system works. It is proportional to the populace of the regions, but it fudges the numbers a little bit in favor of smaller regions (through rounding). |
