Bill: Partie acte de déclaration

Details

Submitted by[?]: Parti Conservateur

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 4074

Description[?]:

Members of the National Assembly,
Esteemed friends & colleagues,
Opposition to the FN,

Our party understands the importance of transparency in politics, after studying the Transpareny Act 4071. We also believe it is fair to the public and to our democracy that all parties, whatever size, whatever belief are openly and fairly transparent. Therefore we today are proposing the following:

1. All parties with over 5% of the vote, from latest election, must publish funding and finances.
2. All party membership figures must openly be declared, at least every 2 years.
3. If a question is put to the government by the opposition it is obligatory that they must provide an answer.

This proposal will remain in debate for a fair amount of time allowing all parties to have the opportunity to question, ammend or criticise this act.

Regards.

Mr Jean Klausse
Leader of the Front National

Random fact: In cases where players have failed to clearly and accurately reference their nation's RP laws in the "Bills under debate" section, Moderation will rule them invalid if a challenge is made to their validity.
