Message | This taxation bill takes money from the privilege few, and if passed I propose a spending bill to invest more money into departments that will help the people. Instead of the Republicans believing in trickle down economics and heavy tax cuts for everyone (along with a decaying austerity state), we hold the priveleged few to account whilst still cutting taxes for the low to middle earners in Solentia. |

Message | I support tax cuts for everyone including the rich? Why should they have to pay more taxes? Plus, how can the economy grow? The wealthy need to invest money to create jobs and small businesses. The more business and competitor we have the stronger our economy is. This pockets money the government doesn't need. We need to put our government on a diet and spend less. We have a spending not a revenue problem. The tax rates are way too high. Tax cuts help all people. We need to lower the coorporate tax rate and abolish the luxury tax. A small cooperate tax rate of 5% should be the goal. And a flat tax |

Message | People earning under 15000 SOL still do not pay tax. People earning greater than 15000 SOL pay a tax rate of 3% which is a tax cut of 2% People earning greater than 25000 SOL pay a tax rate of 10% which is a tax cut of 5% People earning greater than 40000 SOL pay a tax rate of 25% which is a tax cut of 5% People earning greater than 60000 SOL pay a tax rate of 40% which is a tax rise of 5% People earning greater than 75000 SOL pay a tax rate of 55% which is a tax rise of 15% People earning greater than 100000 SOL pay a tax rate of 65% which is a tax rise of 16% I beg you to vote for this tax bill, it creates a growing middle class and takes money from the greedy privileged few and gives it to the hands of the working and middle class. |

Message | Yes but we should also cut taxes for the rich. My does that and requires all people to pay taxes. Everyone rich or poor should pay taxes |

Message | A flat tax is unfair if a poor person has to pay the same tax as a fat cat billionaire |

Message | OOC: Note, the tax system in Particracy works the other way around. The first bracket (3%) is actually a tax on the first 15k of income, not the start of the tax system itself. It's a bit confusing. |
