Message | Regarding article 1, I would ask the leader of the opposition: Would you give a child a dangerous weapons with the potential to seriously injure, maim or even kill them? No, I hope would be the answer. A firework can kill, it can maim, and it can cause horrific injuries. I know someone who was hit by a firework and experienced horrific burns, was on a life support system for 3 months and will never be able to live normally again. Fireworks must be treated with respect, so we must only allow over 18's to purchase them. To protect children and society as a whole.
