The responsibilites of Finance will be conducted by the Freedom Party
Article 5
The responsibilites of Defence will be conducted by the Patriotic Party of Baltusia
Article 6
The responsibilites of Justice will be conducted by the Baltusian International Democratic Party
Article 7
The responsibilites of Infrastructure and Transport will be conducted by the Baltusian International Democratic Party
Article 8
The responsibilites of Health and Social Services will be conducted by the 
Socialist Party of Baltusia (SPB)

The responsibilites of Education and Culture will be conducted by the United Democratic Party - Liberal

| Message | Mr President, I was going to vote yes to this as you had met us half way in terms of the seats, which we appreciate. However, it is clear to me from the recent bills you have proposed and the bills I have proposed that we are far too ideologically opposed to work together ahnd it would not be good for the nation.
