Message | I have been in discussion with Foreign Minister Victor Nuchez from our near neighbour The Federal Union of Gaduridos regarding a treaty to open up trade as well as a scientific and cultural exchange between our two nations. I ask therefore ask members of Congress to ratify this treaty, which will also be going through a similar process in Gaduridos. Many thanks, Foreign Secretary Felix Farquharson |
